  Too many times I've gone to get my 7 year old son 2 hashbrowns and most times they are not edible. Today I got 2 very hard and cold hashbrowns.. I check the bag now because of previous expierences. I told the cashier that they were not very fresh, she smiles and closes the window on me. They once gave me my money back but would not give me any hashbrowns at all.just sent me on my merry way. Guess they didn't want me to have any that day.. Something needs to be done. Is food cost more important than customer satisfaction.. I think at this location it is, maybe time for some new management in this store. I'm at the point that I may as well just drive into airdrie. Thanks for nothing crossfield tim hortons.

  We go to this Tim Hortons everyday, in the last 2 weeks every coffee we get tastes like water! It's so gross! The Airdrie locations don't taste like this, I don't know what is going on but to come home and take a drink of hot water with cream is so disappointing! Please figure out what is going on or we will have to take a longer drive to Airdrie to get a COFFEE, that taste like coffee!

  Super fast drive through, usually and consistently off the Hwy, grab coffee and breakfast through the drive through and back on the highway in less than 3 minutes.
  
  Best Tim Hortons I have been too. Only reviewing because I see a lot of negative reviews here but I have never had a bad experience and I use this Tim Hortons a lot.

  The drive through was so slow. I spent over 15 minutes in line. I was now running late. The total was $16.05. I gave the person $21.05 and expected a $5 bill back. He gave me $4 back. I explained that 21 minus 16 is 5. He argued that it is 4. I told him to type it into the computer and let it do the math. I can't believe I argued with someone over basic math when they have a computerised till in front of them.
